I bought mine from here. Very credible ratings. Look up PDAs also – they have smart phones there blackberry curve and others. One thing i found i couldn’t search for at&t phones itself but u can browse and find. Very good site do check. Hope that helps.
PS: They have reviews aggregated from all sites if that is what u meant by independent site.
