I have been a professional guitar picker for over 50 years and I charge $40 per half hour…. which is cheap, because I occasionally take a lesson or two (from people who’s names you would recognize) and I have paid as much as $500 for ONE HOUR of their time
Depends on a lot of factors! Whatr experience you have what degrees you have (in music that is), What the going rate is around your area etc! Call a couple of guitar teachers and ask! Or google!

Well, I pay $20 for 30 mins. So I’d say $40.
My teacher goes by monthly pay…which is $100. But he started with it being only $85 a month, until rent started go up.
lmao. It doesn’t matter how long he has played, it matters about if he’s good and if he knows music theory.
Make sure he knows his stuff.
