Nah, don’t do youtube. Google for “video guitar lesson” (without the quotes) and you’ll find several sites that have what you’re looking for.

I’ve seen advertisements for those while I’ve looked up guitar tabs on sites like ultimate-guitar.com. I don’t remember the name for the sites with the videos… but you may be able to find it if you look at the adverts enough on that site. Also youtube sometimes has people trying to explain things… sometimes its useful.
