costa asked: A number of guitar lesson sites ahve MP3 files of the lesson being produced. I am unable to open (download) them. I get to the link and it says that it is done but I don’t get a download.
Any ideas?

What site, please be more specific on everything.
Try turning off your download manager, or getting one if you don’t use one.
Right-click the link and select save as…
Right- click the link select properties and look at the info here, may give a clue.

You may not be using the right program to open the download. Try downloading it to windows media player or equivalent and then open it from the same program. It’s there somewhere.

maybe there is DRM, or some sort of protective technology not enabling you to download the mp3s? Try the site below, it is a guitar lessons site without any DRM stuff, so maybe you can download the mp3s there.
