I’ve never heard of a chooper. What’s a chooper? Perhaps if you rephrase the question I may be able to help you, but I don’t understand your question.

I dont particulaly like choppers myself but I am sure that Orange County Choppers have a website where you can get their stuff mail through mail order.
I geuss the other placce you can try is E-Bay
If you are after freebies then you will probably miss out.
