Is a ralph lauren polo with elbow length sleeves too preppy?

I go to a fairly normal high school. Kids generally wear american eagle, hollister, aeropostle, ext.
Most people don’t wear designer clothes or anything close.
So, would I look really preppy wearing a purple ralph lauren polo (with sleeves that go to my elbows) with a white tank underneith, jean shorts, and flip flops?

   I think you’d look fabulous but then I go to a public middle school where everyone including me wears tory burch, juicy couture, bcbg, ed hardy, ralph lauren, marc jacobs, vince, elizabeth and james, etc. But then who cares what other people think? As long as you rock your outfit with confidence you’ll look amazing!
