How do I get intouch with producers if I have great Ideas for TV Shows?

I have several truly valid ideas for profitable TV shows but I have no Idea how to get in touch with people able to review them or the ability to air them. How do I cut the red tape and get intouch with these folks?

   You could either try writing an email, or a snail mail letter, or maybe a fax.
