Product Review: Cellex C Under-Eye Toning Gel | Twirlit

It’s inevitable! If I don’t get enough sleep, I always wake up with puffy eyes. If I cry at a movie the night before my eyes are so puffed up that I can barely apply mascara. Oh, and don’t forget the dark circles, I get those too.
