How do you get points on a Wii to buy other old Nintendo Games?

StayGold asked: I don’t currently own a Wii. I was curious though about how you obtain these so called points to get the old Nintendo Games. Also, is internet free on a Wii? Do you have to pay for the internet monthly or what? If so, how much?

anniekruff@sbcglobal.net asked: I’ve had a Wii for a while now, but really haven’t played it (got a xbox 360 around same time) I’ve heard you can get old games from N64 and super nintendo downloads. How do you get them onto the wii console and not just play them online??
