What’s the difference between XBox 360 Pro and XBox 360 elite; and, is the elite worth the price?

asked: XBox 360 Pro runs $299 on Amazon, the elite is $399. The only differences seem to be an extra 60 GB memory, the black finish and the HDMI cable. Is the Elite better than the Pro in other ways, and it is worth the money?
