All I know is to get a capture card. I don’t know where to get one, but you plug it up and it records what you play to the software on the computer.

there are some things called “screen recording software” which allows you to record what happens on your computer screen. Google it and you can find tons of similar programs but only few of them can record gameplay without blackscreen or lags.
Here is an article introducing different kind of screen recording software. For recording gameplay, I recommend two programs: Fraps and Hypercam, both of them are shareware so have a try at first.
